Freight, unloading and access
Quotation must state freight, insurance, unloading, crane/manual handling, storage, route/access restrictions and damage inspection responsibility.
Tracking and receipt
Dispatch documents and transporter details are shared when available. Record shortage or visible damage on delivery documents immediately and notify the company with photographs.
