Custom and installed systems
Made-to-order, fabricated, registered, commissioned or installed equipment is normally not returnable except verified defect or contractual non-conformance.
Refund process
Approved refunds are adjusted for documented non-recoverable cost and returned through the original/verified method within the written timeline.
