Converts PV DC to grid-synchronised AC, tracks maximum power, monitors insulation/grid limits and disconnects during unsafe grid conditions. A separate battery charge controller is normally not required in a pure grid-tied system.
Coordinates PV, battery, optional grid/generator and priority loads. Select continuous and surge power, battery voltage, MPPT range, charging current, usable battery energy and required autonomy.
Weather-rated enclosures may include string fuses, isolators, MCB/MCCB, surge protection, meters and terminals. Ratings, selectivity, fault level, earthing and IP class must follow the final SLD and site conditions.
Voltage, current, energy, alarms and performance data can be stored locally or sent by Ethernet, internet or cellular communication for dashboards, SMS/email alerts and preventive maintenance.
